Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

It is possible to return the majority of products. A handling and restocking fee of 20% to 40% of the value of your product may apply. If you had your order shipped, the shipping fees we had to pay to send your order will also be deducted from the refund.

Here are some possible situations requiring an exchange:

Unopened Products:

  • For products that are special orders, the sale is final, and no exchanges, credits, or refunds are possible.
  • If the product is unopened and the packaging is still intact, please call us to see if we can take it back. You have 14 days after your purchase to return the product to us (except for special orders, which are final sales). The shipping fees we had to pay to send your order will also be deducted from the refund.
  • If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, a partial refund may be issued, subject to a 20% to 40% handling and restocking fee based on the product's value. The shipping fees we had to pay to send your order will also be deducted from the refund.
  • Any discrepancies between the received items and the ordered items must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service via email with photos of the received items and the shipping label. Products received in error may need to be returned.

Defective Products:

  • Our products are guaranteed. Call us, and we will proceed with an exchange as quickly as possible.
  • Attention: Our refurbished or compatible cartridges are not guaranteed against updates to your printer. If you do not disable these updates, we recommend using only Original cartridges. It is possible to disable updates on your printer. Refer to the product page on our website for more details.
  • If the defect persists, is related to the purchased product, and no possible solution exists, we will proceed with a refund once the product is returned. It is essential to have an authorization number (provided by our company) to return your product. The product must be analyzed by our technical team or the manufacturer directly before a partial or full refund can be processed.
  • If a product is discontinued after its purchase, we reserve the right to refund the product instead of offering a replacement.
  • If the product is defective, it will be refunded based on its usage. For example, if 50% of the cartridge had been used, a credit of 50% will be offered.

Opened Products:

  • If the product is opened, we cannot take it back. There may be some exceptions, so it's best to call us to assess the situation together. However, please note that our general policy is that we do not accept opened products.
  • Any discrepancies between the received items and the ordered items must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service via email with photos of the received items and the shipping label. Products received in error may need to be returned.

General Rules:

  1. It is essential to have an authorization number (provided by our company) at all times to return your product. The product must be analyzed by our technical team or the manufacturer directly before a partial or full refund can be processed.
  2. Our customer service will guide you with any returns. In some cases, photo evidence is required to complete the process. Please note that all communications are recorded in our system.
  3. Once the return is authorized, and the return label is issued by our team, you have 7 days to return the product to us.
  4. Any discrepancies between the received items and the ordered items must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service via email with photos of the received items and the shipping label. Products received in error may need to be returned.
  5. Items given as samples, gifts, or any other form of free items are not subject to an exchange or refund policy.
  6. If a product is returned, and the initial order qualified for free shipping, the non-charged shipping fees will be added to the deduction since the initial order would have normally incurred these shipping fees.
  7. During a return or refund, any earned points will be automatically deducted from the customer's account.
  8. If the order includes a general discount, that discount will be deducted from the refunded or credited amount.
