Delivery is FREE for orders over $99 before taxes.
Otherwise, delivery fees are fixed at $11.95, anywhere in Canada, provided you are within the serviced areas. Otherwise, there may be an exceptional transportation charge, for example, for residents of Nunavut.

Once you reach the checkout, you will see delivery options through Canada Post or a private carrier such as Purolator/UPS/Fedex.

An email with your order tracking number is sent as soon as it is shipped. This number will direct you to the shipping partner's platform to track your order and its status.

Important: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if you are not present on the day of delivery. It is your responsibility to choose the delivery option that corresponds to your ability to receive the package. You can call us for delivery on specific dates and we will try to accommodate you as much as possible.

Canada Post: Delivery takes 1 to 4 business days.

  • The main advantage is for those who live in a building with multiple doors or a post office box.
  • Additionally, when you are absent, it is often easier to pick up your package at a nearby post office.


Purolator/UPS/Fedex: Delivery is usually within 24 hours (business day). We mention 1 to 2 days to give ourselves some leeway, but in 99% of cases, the order will arrive the day after your purchase (business day).

  • If you plan to be present, or for most businesses, this service is the fastest and most reliable in terms of timing.
  • However, if you are absent, you will need to go to a reception center for these companies, which are often further away.

Express or customized delivery: Call us for this type of service and we will add a surcharge based on your needs.
